This Privacy Policy describes how Roletskiy Kirill, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan (TIN/VÖEN 1603772712, registered address AZ1029, Baku, Nizami District, Heydar Aliyev Avenue 117), operating under the brand ProfBro (the “Service”, “we”), collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service or interact with us via the website profbroker.com.
We do not sell your data, do not use it to train third-party AI models, and do not use it for advertising profiling.
ProfBro infrastructure runs on Hetzner servers located in the European Union (Germany / Finland). Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2. WhatsApp messages are received via Meta servers and stored in our database alongside your other CRM data.
We share data with the following processors strictly to operate the Service:
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently removed from production systems. Backups containing data are rotated and fully purged within 30 additional days.
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from within the product. You can also request a manual export or full deletion by writing to k.roletskiy@profbroker.com. See Data Deletion Instructions below.
ProfBro is a B2B product and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ProfBro (the “Service”), operated by Roletskiy Kirill, individual entrepreneur, TIN/VÖEN 1603772712, Baku, Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
ProfBro provides multi-tenant CRM, finance management and social-media scheduling functionality. Specific features may evolve over time.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam laws, (b) send unsolicited messages via WhatsApp or any connected channel in violation of the platform’s policies, (c) attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, (d) use the Service to store or distribute malicious code.
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. You remain responsible for messaging quality, opt-in records and template approval.
You own all data you put into ProfBro. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time via the product or by request.
Pricing is communicated on the website and/or in your service agreement. During the early-access period the Service may be provided free of charge to design partners.
You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku.

If you want us to delete personal data we hold about you, please follow the steps below. This instruction page is published per Meta Platform Terms requirement for apps that access user data.
Inside ProfBro you can delete individual contacts, messages, deals and files at any time. You can also disconnect a WhatsApp Business Account from Settings → Channels, which immediately stops further message ingestion and revokes our access tokens.
WhatsApp messages received via the Embedded Signup integration are stored in your workspace. They are deleted together with the workspace per the process above. Disconnecting the channel alone retains historical messages in your inbox unless you also delete them manually.
